Case Study: ICS Training with Fibreco Export Inc.

In 2025, Ally was brought in by Fibreco to develop and deliver an employee training package on Fibreco’s existing Emergency Response Plan and the Incident Command System (ICS). The training was held over several days in small group sessions.

This approach helped familiarize employees with Fibreco’s specific emergency response procedures, while introducing a standardized framework for managing incidents. Delivering the sessions in smaller groups also encouraged discussion, questions, and practical application of the material.
