Case Study: Westshore Terminals Emergency Program Support

Westshore Terminals has continuously engaged Ally since 2020 to support and strengthen its emergency management program through a range of consulting services tailored to the organization’s evolving needs. Over this time, Ally has provided emergency response plan updates, training sessions, tabletop exercises, full-scale exercises, After Action Reviews, and ongoing emergency management support.

Working collaboratively with Westshore Terminals, Ally has adapted its approach over time to reflect changing priorities, operational requirements, and emerging risks. The program has also included key external partners, including Delta Fire and Rescue Services, BC Rail, Paladin Security, and the Westshore Terminals Potash Project, helping to ensure emergency planning, training, and exercises reflect the collaborative nature of incident response.
