Emergency Response and ICS Training

In 2026, Westshore Terminals engaged Ally to deliver Emergency Response and Incident Command System (ICS) training to a broad cross-section of internal staff, followed by a tabletop exercise to apply the concepts in a realistic operational scenario. The training established a standardized approach to emergency response, helping to promote consistent practices across teams and terminal operations.

To reinforce the training, Ally designed and facilitated a tabletop exercise based on a medical incident at the terminal. The exercise provided participants with an opportunity to apply ICS principles, practice their emergency response roles, and work through the incident using the knowledge and processes introduced during the training.
