Case Study: Westshore Terminals 2025

Tabletop Exercise

As part of its ongoing work with Westshore Terminals, Ally designed and facilitated an earthquake-focused tabletop exercise (TTX) in 2025. The exercise brought together Westshore personnel and external partners, including Delta Fire and Emergency Services, Global Container Terminals, BC Rail, and the Fraser River Port Authority, to practice a coordinated response to a complex emergency scenario.

Participants worked through facilitated discussions based on three earthquake scenarios of increasing magnitude, each introducing escalating structural damage and hazardous material spills.
